1. Who you are contracting with
PayTuber is an online studio at paytuber.io. These Terms of Service are a contract between you and the operator of that site (“we”). They apply when you open the site, create an account, or pay for a plan or a credit pack.
Paid checkout is processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy’s own buyer terms apply to the payment, tax invoice, and chargeback process. These Terms apply to the studio itself.
If you do not agree, do not create an account and do not buy credits. The signup screen asks you to confirm that you are 18 or older. PayTuber is not offered to anyone under 18.
2. The studio
PayTuber helps you research a topic, write a script, generate pictures and motion, choose a voice, add music and captions, and export a film. The usual export on a paid plan is a Full HD master, 1080p, without a watermark. We do not promise a 4K file, a particular frame rate, or a particular watch time on YouTube or any other platform.
The same models and the same studio tools are available on every paid plan. Plans differ by how many credits you receive, not by hidden features. Output length on the pricing page is an estimate. A generation spends the number of credits shown in the studio before you confirm it.
The service is provided as it stands. Models change, a render can fail, and generated pictures, voices, and facts can be wrong. You review a film before you publish it. We may change, pause, or withdraw a feature. If we withdraw a paid feature you have already paid for and cannot replace it, the unused credits from that period remain on your balance.
3. Accounts
You need an account to use the studio. You can register with email and a password or with Google. You keep the login confidential and you are responsible for what happens under it. Tell us at [email protected] if you believe someone else is using it.
One person may hold one account for the welcome credit grant. We may close an account that exists only to collect that grant again.
4. Credits, plans, and packs
The current public prices are:
- Starter: 49 US dollars a month, or 468 US dollars a year (39 US dollars a month). 400 credits each month.
- Studio Pro: 89 US dollars a month, or 828 US dollars a year (69 US dollars a month). 1,200 credits each month.
- Network: 189 US dollars a month, or 1,788 US dollars a year (149 US dollars a month). 3,000 credits each month.
- Pack 300: 29 US dollars for 300 credits. Pack 1,000: 79 US dollars for 1,000 credits. Pack 2,500: 169 US dollars for 2,500 credits. Packs are a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
A new account may receive a welcome balance. That balance is not money and cannot be withdrawn. Prices on the site at the moment you pay are the prices that apply to that charge. We may change prices for later renewals. We will not change the price of a period you have already paid.
A subscription renews at the end of the month or the year until you cancel. Credits from a subscription are added to your balance. Unused credits stay on the balance while a subscription is active and are not wiped at renewal. Credits are not cash, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred to another person.
If a payment fails, we do not add that period’s credits. If Lemon Squeezy later confirms the payment, we add them once. The same renewal is never granted twice.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription at any time from the billing page or from the Lemon Squeezy receipt. Cancellation stops the next renewal. The period you have already paid for continues until it ends, and credits already on the balance stay there. We do not pay unused credits out in cash. Refunds of money are covered by the Refund Policy.
6. Your films and your materials
You keep the rights in the films, scripts, and files you create, subject to the rights of other people and to the licences of the models and stock used to make them. You give us a limited right to host, copy, and process those materials only so we can run the studio, keep a backup, prevent abuse, and show you your own projects.
You confirm that:
- you own what you upload, or you have the rights you need to use it in the studio;
- every person who can be recognised by face or voice has agreed to that use, and a parent or guardian has agreed where the person is under 18;
- you will not present a generated scene as a real recording of a real person or a real event.
We may ask for that permission. If you cannot show it, we may remove the project.
7. What you must not generate
You must not use PayTuber to create, upload, or publish:
- sexual content involving anyone under 18, or anyone who looks under 18;
- pornography or other sexual content;
- a real person’s face, body, or voice used without their explicit consent, including a clone, a face swap, or a talking portrait;
- content that pretends a real person said or did something they did not;
- violence shown for its own sake, hate, or harassment;
- instructions for crime, weapons, or illegal drugs;
- material that infringes copyright, a trademark, or another person’s rights.
We may refuse a prompt, remove a project, limit generation, or close the account. A case involving a minor is closed immediately, without a refund, and may be reported to the authorities.
8. Publishing
PayTuber prepares a film and a description you can copy. You publish it yourself on YouTube or anywhere else. You follow that platform’s rules, including any label it requires for realistic synthetic media. We do not become the publisher of your channel, and we do not promise views, revenue, or a recommendation.
9. Complaints and copyright
Anyone may write to [email protected] about a film that is sexual, involves a minor, uses a person’s face or voice without consent, or infringes a copyright or trademark. Include the page address, what is wrong, and how we can reach you. We review reports and remove material that breaks these Terms.
A copyright or trademark notice should include:
- your name and an email address;
- the work or mark you say is infringed;
- the address of the material on PayTuber;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised;
- a statement that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or may act for the owner;
- your signature, which may be your full name typed at the end.
We may send the notice to the account that posted the material. If that account believes the removal was a mistake, it may send a counter-notice with the address of the material, the reason, a contact address, and a signature. If the complaining party does not tell us within ten working days that it has started legal proceedings, we may restore the material. We close accounts that repeatedly infringe.
10. Suspension
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, abuses the models, or creates risk for other people. If you think we are wrong, write to [email protected] from the account email, name the project or the decision, and say why. We answer by email. The decision stays in place while we read the appeal.
11. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost views, lost revenue, a wrong fact in a script, or a platform’s decision to reject a film. Our total liability arising out of a paid period is limited to the amount you paid us for that period. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, including liability for intent and the mandatory rights of a consumer in your country.
12. Law
A consumer keeps the mandatory protections of the country where the consumer lives. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy under their buyer terms. Please write to [email protected] before you start a claim. We would rather correct a billing or an account error directly.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. The date at the top is the date of the current version. If a change is material, we will post it on this page and, where we have your email, send a notice. The new version applies from the date shown. If you keep using PayTuber after that date, you accept the new version.
