1. Who handles the money
PayTuber plans and credit packs are billed by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record. A refund, when it is due, is sent back through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method. We do not store your card number. Write to [email protected] and include the email on the receipt.
2. When we refund
You may ask for a refund within 14 days of a charge for a subscription period or a credit pack if you have not spent any of the credits from that charge on a generation. We then refund that charge in full.
If you have already spent credits from that charge, the render has been paid for and the charge is final. Welcome credits are not a purchase and are not refunded.
A failed render that spent credits and produced nothing you could use is not a finished purchase. Write to us and we will restore those credits or refund the matching amount.
3. Cancellation is not a refund
You can cancel a subscription at any time from the billing page or the Lemon Squeezy receipt. Cancellation stops the next renewal. It does not by itself return the money for the period that has already started. That period continues until it ends, and credits already on the balance stay on the account. Credits are not paid out in cash.
A yearly plan is one charge for the year. The 14-day rule above applies to that charge. After 14 days, or after you have spent credits from it, the yearly charge is final. Cancelling later still stops the renewal for the following year.
4. What we do not refund
- Credits you have already used to generate pictures, voice, music, or a film.
- A result you dislike after a successful render. Model output varies. The spend shown before you confirm is the price of that attempt.
- A film that a platform later rejects, or a channel that does not earn what you hoped.
- An account we close because it broke the Terms of Service, including a case involving a minor. That closure is without a refund.
5. How to ask
Email [email protected] within 14 days. Use the email on the Lemon Squeezy receipt, name the date and the plan or pack, and say whether you have started a generation since the charge. We answer within five business days. If a refund is due, Lemon Squeezy returns it to the original payment method. Banks can take several more days to show it.
